The information an owner needs every morning exists — spread across five systems, three logins, and a bookkeeper's spreadsheet. So it gets checked rarely, and always too late.
The solution
A dashboard that pulls from existing systems on a schedule, presents the handful of numbers that matter, and flags exceptions — overdue invoices, stalled jobs, follow-ups going cold — instead of burying them in charts.
