The business challenge
Builder selections happen across showroom visits, texts, and spreadsheets. Undocumented decisions become change orders, disputes, and schedule slips.
The solution
A selection portal organized by room and category, with option imagery, allowance tracking, decision deadlines, and a permanent record of who chose what and when.
Outcome
Demonstrates the selection-management pattern I build for custom builders. Built as a portfolio demonstration drawing on real construction-workflow experience.
